1. What we provide
ThinkWell Academy publishes free educational videos and written material about reading financial charts and managing risk. Our content is for general education only.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing we publish is financial, investment or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Examples and charts are for teaching only. Trading involves risk and you can lose money. You are responsible for your own decisions. Please read our disclaimer.
3. Our content
All videos, scripts, charts, graphics and text are owned by ThinkWell Academy. You may watch and share links to them. You may not re-upload, sell or present our content as your own without written permission.
4. ThinkWell Publisher
ThinkWell Publisher is our internal tool for posting our own videos to our own social media accounts through official platform APIs (such as the TikTok Content Posting API). It is not a public service, and no other users can sign in to it. Its use of platform data is described in our privacy policy.
5. Third-party platforms
Our videos are hosted on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
6. No warranty
We aim to be accurate, but content is provided "as is" without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, ThinkWell Academy is not liable for any loss arising from use of our content.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
