This policy explains what information ThinkWell Academy ("we", "us") handles on thinkwellacademy.com and in our own publishing tool, ThinkWell Publisher.

1. This website

This website is a simple information page. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no comments and no advertising or tracking scripts. We do not collect personal information through it. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) for security and reliability, as any web server does.

2. ThinkWell Publisher (our internal publishing tool)

ThinkWell Publisher is an internal tool used only by ThinkWell Academy to publish our own original educational videos to our own social media accounts, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X. It is not offered to the public, and no other users sign in to it.

• What we access: when we connect our own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit, TikTok gives our tool an access token and basic profile information (such as the account's display name and open ID) for that account only. We use it to confirm that the correct account is connected.
• What we do with it: we use the Content Posting API to upload and publish videos that we created, with their captions, to our own account.
• What we do not do: we do not access, collect or store any data about other TikTok users or viewers, and we do not read messages, followers or analytics through the tool.
• Storage: access tokens are stored encrypted in our private automation server and are used only to publish our own content. We can revoke access at any time from the TikTok app settings.

3. Third-party platforms

When you watch our videos on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or X, those platforms process your data under their own privacy policies. We only see the aggregated statistics those platforms provide to channel owners.

4. Children

Our content is intended for adults interested in learning about financial markets. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

5. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
